Greenup Industries was incorporated in 2012 in response to an expressed demand in the downstream petrochemical market in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Alabama. We exist to fulfill a need in the oil and gas industry to consolidate one-off vendors and ensure consistency across various sites for large groups of contractors. As a specialty maintenance service provider and third party procurement specialist, it’s important to us that all sub-contractors understand and follow established guidelines for safety quality and schedule. Rodney Greenup, President
Rodney Greenup is the founding member of Greenup Industries, Greenup Specialty Services, Greenup Corrosion Services and Gulf South Engineering & Testing, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience as a Project Manager and business owner. Mr. Greenup is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of New Orleans. Prior to working in the oil and gas industry, Rodney worked 20 years for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Supervisor and Project Manager for a variety of projects throughout South Louisiana.
Macarthur Webster is the 3rd party compliance manager of Greenup Industries. He has more than 40 years of experience working in the oil and petrochemical industry as a supervisor, operator, and contractor manager for one of the biggest refining companies in the world. Mr. Webster's leadership at Greenup Industries is essential to the integrity of the company.

HR Manager Mallory Josol oversees all HR functions of Greenup Industries and Greenup Specialty Services. She has a background in Operations and HR Administration with an emphasis on strategic planning, recruitment and training. A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a degree in Urban Planning and a former AmeriCorps volunteer, Ms. Josol is motivated to be a developer of the regional workforce.
Irvin Ezidore is the 3rd Party, Onboarding of vendor’s and Site manager for Greenup Industries. He has more than 35 years of experience working in the oil and petrochemical industry as a Supervisor, Buyer, and Contractor Manager for some of the largest refining companies in the world such as, Shell, Valero Norco and Dow Chemical Tafa La. Mr. Ezidore’s leadership at the Motiva plant in Convent, LA. has been a perfect fit for Greenup Industries.
Benjamin Thompson is currently the Site Manager for Greenup Industries at Shell Chemical in Saraland, AL. He has more than 12 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry as an HES Supervisor/Consultant/Manager for many large oil & gas corporations. He is currently studying at Columbia Southern University to acquire his Occupational Safety, & Health Degree. With this degree he plans to obtain his ASP/CSP in the future.
Naiika Bass is very highly motivated and has been working in the industry for 11 years and 6 of those years she been traveling around the United States working as a Safety Professional. She has earned her Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from South University and Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University. She also trained and NCCER certified in Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST), Construction Site Safety Supervisor (CSSS), Field Safety, OSHA 30, and First Aid/C.P.R.
Orlando Lumar is the Site Manager for Greenup Specialty Services. He's been in the oil and petrochemical industry for 30 + years. He has been Safety Professional for 17 years and has managed employees numbering up to 500. Mr. Lumar is highly skilled in managing people, generating Safety Execution Plans, using various field-related computer applications and also holds the NCCER Safety Specialist Certification.
Thomas is the Greenup Specialty Services I&E Supervisor. He is responsible for testing and evaluating I&E candidates that ultimately become part of the Greenup Team that sets high performance expectations for our I&C Technician/Specialists. He has 20 years of experience in the Refining, Chemical, Fossil Fuel, and Nuclear industries. Thomas started out as an I&C Technician and worked his way up to managing the construction and commissioning of large scale projects. His attention to detail and high regard for personnel safety allows him to take on broken work practices and turn them into optimal operations.
Kevin Dejan recently came to Greenup Industries with an extensive background in the semiconductor, automotive and building products industries. He has earned many sales and service excellence awards while working in different capacities: Account Management, Automotive Remarketing, Territory Sales and Global Product Management. He also earned his MBA in 2009 from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA.
Aaron Aliverti is an I&C Specialist with Greenup Industries in Norco, LA. He has a degree in Instrumentation and Control Technologies from Bellingham Technical College and is a Certified Electronics Technician. Aaron has experience with C language programming, PLCs, and electronics troubleshooting and brings great knowledge and skill to our team.
Jordan is an instrumentation specialist at the Shell Norco Louisiana Facility. He obtained his instrumentation and controls technology degree from Bellingham Technical College and now has seven years of experience in industrial instrumentation. His experience includes working exclusively with GE engineers on steam turbine vendor packages. Verify all I/O on the turbine prior to turning it over to client and assisting with startup. Jordan has was also involved with Emerson Process Management as part of a field crew to travel to client locations to perform upgrades to software, firmware and hardware and analyze field conditions in order to calibrate guided wave radars for each installation.
Special Skills include: Temperature, level, flow and pressure measurement using either hart protocol or foundation fieldbus.
William D. McCutchan, MBA
William, known as Danny, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lakeland Community college with his Associate's degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology and Electrical Engineering Technology while being recognized in both programs as a Top Honor Student. He then received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland State University. He then received his Masters in Business from Lake Erie College. Before joining our team, Danny gained experience working at Perry Nuclear Power plant for 10 years as an instrumentation and controls technician. Now he brings a strong, well-rounded background to our team as an instruments specialist with plans to get his Professional Engineering License with the State of Louisiana.
Chris has spent more than 19 years working hands on in the railroad industry. His experience includes supervisorial work, machine operations and track inspections, all while maintaining super safety standards. Chris has been responsible for maintenance and new construction as a project manager and brings his expertise to his work at Greenup Industries.

Safety is top priority for Greenup Industries when executing any refinery project. Greenup employees complete an extensive safety training program at one of the alliance safety centers. Our employees serve as safety ambassadors at downstream refineries across the Gulf Coast. Employees are trained to provide daily safety briefings to incoming contract personnel. Greenup employees also serve in leadership roles in local safety councils. Our personnel conduct incident investigations and audits, prepare after action reports (AARs), incident reports and develop protocol that is used plant-wide by all on-site personnel.
