Greenup Industries manages the entirety of your facility services – we Design, Build, and Maintain.

Greenup has provided these services for a number of industries including oil and gas, construction and telecommunications, as well as local, state and federal governments.

We have had great success in improving the quality, effectiveness, and cost efficiency, while also simplifying procurement.

Our model will involve the use of several contractors, who provide the services listed in order to offload this burden from the Clients’ in-house Staff.

With thousands of local and diverse vendors in our Greenup Tracker Program, Greenup Industries provides turnkey services from building maintenance to construction and other specialty services.

Here is an overview of our services:

  • Construction (LA and MS Lic, bonded)

  • Internal Building maintenance/ renovation (mechanical, janitorial, electrical, quality of life systems)

  • External Building maintenance/ renovation (Landscaping, Parking Areas, Fencing and Gates)

  • Routine Maintenance of Power and Production Units (rotating equipment, CUI, NDT inspections, boilers)

  • Emergency Repair Capabilities Equipment rental and maintenance (incl Portable offices and restrooms)

Building and Grounds maintenance services provided:

  • Mechanical, plumbing, Building Automation System (BAS), heating, ventilation, exhaust systems and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment

  • Service request desk operations including record keeping using a web based maintenance management system (MMS) as well as administrative functions

  • Maintenance of landscape irrigation systems

  • Locks, keys, keycard systems, vehicle barrier systems, and static and dynamic bollard systems

  • Lighting, dock levelers and bumpers and roll-up and sliding garage doors

  • Storm drainage systems 

  • Complete roofing system investigations and repairs

  • Maintain kitchen/concessions area drains, vents and hoods

  • Maintain conveying equipment, parking control equipment

  • Sanitary sewage equipment and systems, including kennel waste interceptors

  • Domestic water filtration/pumping and fire supply tank systems
